2026 WVEDC Annual Fall Conference

The  2026 WVEDC Fall Conference, set for September 16–18 at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. The event begins at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday with the WVEDC Membership Meeting and Welcome Reception and will conclude by noon on Friday.

While the full agenda will be released soon, participants can expect engaging sessions exploring outdoor recreation-driven economic growth, youth workforce development, and innovative financing strategies, along with insights from state and federal partners. A late fee of $50 will be applied to your registration after August 15, 2026.  Registration will closed on August 31st.

Beyond the sessions, the WVEDC Fall Conference offers a unique opportunity to experience one of West Virginia’s most scenic destinations while building meaningful professional connections. Attendees can enjoy optional activities such as golf, sporting clays, and e-bike tours before, during, or after the conference (see attached flyer to the right; additional fees apply).

For those early arrivers, Snowshoe has coordinated discounted activity opportunities on Wednesday, when the mountain is typically closed during September.
